At Wilderness Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Wilderness Lighting tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
